Mariano Gonzalez is a world-award winning cheese maker with over 30 years in the industry while Ruth Flore has played a significant role in developing the specialty cheese industry in America for over two decades. Together, they’ll share their expertise as they lead us through a tasting of two of Grafton Village Cheese Company’s cheeses. Should you wish to enjoy a glass of wine with the cheese tasting, a Cabernet, Pinot Noir or Tempranillo are all recommended.
