Join VLGS President Rod Smolla as he discusses the future of affirmative action in the wake of the SCOTUS decisions in SFFA v. UNC and SFFA v. Harvard. This event is pre-certified for Vermont continuing legal education (CLE) credits and all attendees will be provided with the necessary materials. For those who live outside Vermont, you may work with your own jurisdiction to apply for CLE credits. Please note that all alumni, not just those who are seeking CLE hours—are welcome to attend.
