Personal and professional wellbeing are an issue – but ok, so what? Scientific research is clear that the mind and the body are connected, and it is essential for your physical health that you have good mental health. But how do you get there? How can you possibly squeeze self-care into your busy schedule while you're juggling a host of outside demands?

Meditation (not mediation!) can enhance a host of competencies related to job effectiveness, including increased focus and concentration, working memory, critical cognitive skills, reduced burnout, and ethical and rational decision-making. Join Sharon D. Meyers JD’79 on February 24 at noon ET to explore an introduction to various stress management techniques to create a new pathway to practice.
