Annual Vermont Law Review Symposium
The Legitimacy, Legality, and Legacy of the 45th President of the United States

The Vermont Law Review at VLS presents its 45th annual symposium, "The Legitimacy, Legality, and Legacy of the 45th President of the United States."

The symposium will focus on legacy, legitimacy, and legality issues over three panels addressing the Trump administration's environmental legacy, its use and misuse of its executive powers, and the blurring of the lines under the untraditional separation of powers model. Speaking on these issues will be an incredible group of panelists, with a keynote address from the esteemed U.S. Senator Jon Tester of Montana.
