Mario Gallucci is a seasoned criminal defense attorney based in Staten Island with more than 30 years of courtroom experience in New York, New Jersey, and federal courts. He earned his law degree from Vermont Law School, graduating in 1990. A former assistant district attorney in Richmond County, where he led the Drug Crimes Unit, Mario co-founded the Helbock, Napa, and Gallucci law firm in 1999.
