Bob Maxwell JD’86 was a college instructor in the life and environmental science fields before attending VLS. While at VLS, he was managing editor of the law review, a member of the moot court board, and class representative to the student government. After graduation, Bob joined the products liability section of McGlinchey Stanford, a national law firm based out of New Orleans. For the past 36 years, he has specialized in defending product liability suits for vehicle manufacturers. Bob has tried over 100 jury trials to verdict in courts across the country and was elected to the advocate level of the American Board of Trial Attorneys.
