Franziskus “Franz” Lepionka is a civil litigation attorney at Michienzie & Sawin, LLC, in Boston’s Back Bay. His areas of practice include financial/commercial law and product liability. A graduate of VLS (2002) and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (1997), he served a two-year term as a judicial clerk to the Vermont Judiciary – Lamoille and Orleans Superior Courts. At VLS, he was student body president, a Schweitzer Fellow, and a Dean’s Fellow. He is licensed to practice in the state and federal courts of Massachusetts and Vermont. Franz is a member of the Bar of the Supreme Court of the United States.
