Autumn Proudlove HeadshotAutumn Proudlove is the Associate Director of Policy and Markets at the NC Clean Energy Technology Center. Autumn leads the Center’s Energy Policy team and provides strategic direction on policy and market issues across the Center. Autumn oversees the policy team's portfolio of activities, which includes the Database of State Incentives for Renewables and Efficiency (DSIRE) and the 50 States of Solar, 50 States of Grid Modernization, and 50 States of Electric Vehicles quarterly policy tracking reports.

Autumn is currently a member of the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine committee on the role of net metering in the evolving electricity system and previously served as Principal Investigator for the Center’s work on the U.S. Department of Energy’s SunShot Solar Outreach Partnership. Autumn received her master’s degree in Energy Regulation and Law, summa cum laude, from Vermont Law School and her bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College.
