Rick Johnson has been an elected VLSAA Board member since 2014. He is the CEO of a behavioral health technology and suicide prevention company called Voi. Formerly, Rick served as the Director of the Population Health Collaboratory at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center. Rick holds a JD from VLS and two master’s degrees from the US Naval War College and The Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy at Tufts University. Rick retired as a Colonel in the U.S. Marine Corps in 2015 after 30 years of service. In addition, Rick served as an Assistant Attorney General in Vermont for seven years and was the Associate Director of The Dartmouth Institute at Dartmouth College.
