VLGS Appellate Advocacy students will be studying the case U.S. v. Skrmetti, which considers whether a Tennessee law that bans gender-affirming care for transgender minors violates the equal protection clause of the 14th Amendment. Two of the lawyers representing amici in the case—Carmine Boccuzzi and Howard Zelbo—will be speaking to the students on Tuesday, October 8, at 12:45 p.m. ET, and alums are invited to join.
