Jeff Fucci JD/MELP'14

Jeff Fucci is a 2014 graduate of the VLGS JD and MELP programs, and he presently practices law in New York and New Jersey. Jeff is the founder and CEO of J. Fucci Law, LLC, a legal services business through which Jeff serves as in-house legal counsel to diverse corporate clients in such sectors as medicine, technology, health food, and media. Jeff provides counsel to his clients on matters including labor disputes, employment negotiations, anti-discrimination and other workplace policies, and all contractual matters as they arise. He also provides attorney-to-attorney services, serving in an of counsel role to neighboring law firms to assist their teams as his services are needed.
Prior to establishing J. Fucci Law, Jeff gained experience in his practice by working as an attorney at several well-established law firms ranging from boutique to regional size and scope in the NYC Metro Area, including DeCotiis, FitzPatrick, Cole and Giblin, LLC, where he litigated on behalf of public entity clients. Prior to working at those firms, Jeff was a law clerk for the Honorable Ernest J. Caposela, Assignment Judge for Passaic County, New Jersey. During this time, Jeff also became an adjunct law and policy professor at Seton Hall University in New Jersey, where he attended prior to VLGS, earning a BA in English and a Master’s of Public Administration.
Jeff is honored and grateful to be able to serve the VLGSAA Board and alumni community, to which he remains loyal for the many opportunities he has been provided during and after law school.
