Annual Vermont Law Review Symposium

Friday, November 5, 2021 9:30 AM - 4:45 PM

The Vermont Law Review presents its 20th annual symposium—"Balancing Corporate and Activist Interests: Clean Energy, Wildlife Protection, and Land Use Reform"—on Friday, November 5, from 9:30 a.m.–4:45 p.m. ET. The event will be virtual with a live stream that can be accessed at vermontlaw.edu/live. No registration is required.

Environmental activists and corporations often find themselves at odds. This is especially true within the context of clean energy, wildlife protection, and land use. This symposium will explore challenges and commonalities between these often diverging groups, ultimately forecasting how environmental and business interests might be balanced and mutually supportive.

Bruce Kahn, a seasoned investment analyst, strategist and portfolio manager, will serve as the keynote speaker.
